Shilpa is a HR professional & Leadership coach with over 15 years of experience in organization across Retail, FMCG, Start-ups and tech. Her passion lies in helping people get unstuck & realize their potential.

Over the years, she has worked with new and seasoned managers, leaders and C-suite executives.  She is currently pursuing coach certification from Deep Coaching Intensive (DCI).

Her areas of speciality are Leadership coaching, career and life transitions, resilience in situations of uncertainty and emotion management. She takes a Strengths-Based Approach which helps her clients harness the power within to overcome their challenges and grow as individuals and leaders.

Her clients have appreciated her ability to deeply listen and challenge them in the most authentic and caring manner to help them get over their edges (i.e. whatever is stopping them from achieving their goals). Shilpa’s ability to switch between the head and the heart allows her to venture into the unknown with the client and help them discover their passion and hidden strength.
