This workshop offers 37.5 hours coach training, including 7 hours group mentor-coaching. The workshop program and learning outcomes are outlined below under What You’ll Learn.
What You'll Learn
- Day 1 & 2: Coaching with the E1ME2RGE3 Model (GCI 101)
Discover the E1ME2RGE3 Model™ of Coaching and learn to coach individuals – with a deep appreciation of each person’s natural and unfolding growth trajectory.
Drawing on depth psychology you will explore key drivers of behaviour and the dynamics of identity to support new insights, learning and growth.
In addition you will be introduced to embodied coaching practices, and powerful visioning methodologies.
Module 101 Learning Outcomes
- Be introduced to the practice and profession of process-oriented coaching.
- Support individuals to deepen their visions and set transformational goals.
- Apply deep listening and powerful questions to understand the drivers of behaviour and elicit new insights and possibilities.
- Apply principles of neuroscience and quantum science to elicit powerful ‘state-changes.’
- Cultivate coaching presence to build trust and rapport.
- Learn to work with creative tension to build insight and commitment.
- Day 3 & 4: The GCI Coaching & Transformation Roadmap™ (GCI 102)
Expands our focus to coaching individuals in the situational context of their unique team and organisational cultures. Building on your knowledge of the E1ME2RGE3 Model™ you will learn to coach issues that involve greater complexity, engaging multiple lenses to reveal and address intrapersonal, interpersonal and systemic dynamics.
Offering powerful insights into change and transformation dynamics this program equips you to work with disruptive as well as aspirational forces. It builds a refined capacity to pinpoint and coach at the ‘edge’ or precipice of change and emergent potential.
This program builds vital skills, language and confidence for organisational coaches.

Level 1 Coach Training Pathway (optional)

- What does the Level 1 Pathway include?
Those looking for an ICF credential will enjoy a multi-faceted learning experience.
Registering for this pathway is your key to coaching excellence.
You will:
- attend GCI’s five-day in-person coaching intensive
- join live online classes (4 x 2 hrs)
- receive group and individual mentor-coaching (10 hrs in total)
- complete your coach performance assessment (for ICF certification)
- access all inclusions below
Additional inclusions:
- participate in our online learning portal packed with reading
- undertake a reflective assignment, with one-one mentor coaching to discuss your insights
- practice coaching in supportive peer groups
- How does the Level 1 Pathway prepare me for ICF certification?
Our full Level 1 Coach Training Pathway meets all training requirements needed to apply for certification as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
GCI’s Level 1 pathway exceeds the ICF requirements for Level 1 certification which are:
- 60 hours coach specific training
- 7 hours group mentor-coaching
- 3 hours individual mentor-coaching (one of which happens at the workshop)
- ICF ACC Coaching performance assessment.
All elements are included in this all inclusive package. - When should I undertake individual mentor-coaching and do my ACC Coaching Performance Assessment?
One hour of individual mentor coaching and seven hours of group coaching are provided as part of our five-day coaching intensive.
Two additional hours individual mentor coaching and ACC performance assessments are typically undertaken when students have gained some coaching practice/experience following their initial training.
We will advise students of their readiness, during the one-one mentor-coaching session offered as part of our Krakow intensive.
- What else do I need for ICF accreditation?
The ICF also requires that you complete:
- 100 hours of coaching sessions (75% paid hours)
- Online multiple choice Coach Knowledge questionnaire provided by ICF.
