Vicki Henricks and Rho Sandberg have trained for many years with the founders of Process-Oriented Psychology in Portland, Oregon, USA—and now teach coaching to the global Process Work community.

Rho Sandberg

Rho Sandberg is an executive coach and has trained more than 1600 individuals to become coaches. Rho has a background in neuroscience, holds a Masters in Organisational Change and Conflict Facilitation (PWI, USA) and a Masters of Cognitive Science (UNSW).

Vicki Henricks

Toru Nishida is an executive coach who started his coaching career in 1998. He is exceptional in developing the best strategies for his clients, based on experience as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Judit Miret

Coaching supports people to lead from their inner personal resources no matter where the person is in the organisational hierarchy. I am passionate about assisting people to become powerful change agents achieving significant and positive results for all parties involved.
Judit Miret is a highly experienced executive coach and consultant, specializing in leadership for organisational change and transformation. She has held Human Resources Management positions since 1992 and led projects where the management and teams were aligned towards transformative strategies.

Kerrie Clarke

Kerrie Clarke has been a member of the GCI team for many years and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill as an experienced communication consultant and coach.
She has worked extensively across manufacturing and vocational education industries in strategic, training and coaching roles and is a master in helping our coaches find their sweet spot! Kerrie is a GCI graduate and accredited coach with the ICF.

Liz Tilley

LL Liz Tilley has been a member of the GCI team for many years and brings a broad range of experience as an executive coach across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
She specialises in women in leadership and draws on her background as a media and communications specialist to enhance her coaching. Liz is a GCI graduate and an accredited coach with the ICF.

Yes—experienced coaches are welcome at GCI, and benefit from the emphasis on process-oriented coaching, which is at the forefront of global coaching. Level 2 and Level 3 are particularly well-suited to experienced coaches.

No. About 80% of our students complete the full GCI Process Oriented Executive and Systems Coaching Program in one year, while others take time to integrate their learning.
Yes we do offer structured payment plans to make coach training accessible to you.
Our emphasis on supervised coaching practice and individualised feedback, means you will develop refined coaching skills that differentiate you in the marketplace.
Each student comes in with unique aspirations – which we cultivate. Our clients work primarily as organisational, relationship, health and life coaches. They apply their coaching skills in their current or newly negotiated roles, or as independent coaches and consultants. Many launch bespoke coaching businesses on completion of their studies.
