Satomi Kobatake is a Director of Balanced Growth Consulting Inc. and a faculty member of the Organizational Development Coach Foundation (ODCF), providing executive coaching, facilitation and organizational development consulting in Japan. She began her coaching career in 2013, earning her PCC credential in 2019 and completing team coaching training (ACTC).

She is recognized for her leadership development work with managers and executives, and in recent years has focused on coaching women leaders in business and sport.
