In Module 2 we expand our focus, to consider the individual in the nuanced and situational context of their lives. Building on your knowledge of the E1ME2RGE3 Model™ you will learn to coach issues that involve greater complexity, engaging multiple lenses to reveal and address intrapersonal, interpersonal and systemic dynamics.

Offering powerful insights into change and transformation dynamics this program equips you to work with disruptive as well as aspirational forces. It builds a refined capacity to pinpoint and coach at the ‘edge’ or precipice of change and emergent potential.

At this point you can pursue your ICF Level 1 certification with our Mentor Coaching and Coaching Performance Assessment Package.
You may prefer to upgrade to ICF Level 2 certification by continuing on to Module 103 which is an all inclusive pathway to ACC & PCC certification.

Yes—experienced coaches are welcome at GCI, and benefit from the emphasis on process-oriented coaching, which is at the forefront of global coaching. Module 102 and Module 103 are particularly well-suited to experienced coaches.

No. About 80% of our students complete the full GCI Process Oriented Executive and Systems Coaching Program in one year, while others take time to integrate their learning.

Yes we do offer structured payment plans to make coach training accessible to you.

Our emphasis on supervised coaching practice and individualised feedback, means you will develop refined coaching skills that differentiate you in the marketplace.
