As a person who has enjoyed a successful career and held leadership positions, I feel a strong sense of belonging in the commercial world. I know my way around. I’m respected and recognised, but I also know the uneasiness that being a person of colour can bring on occasion and the unspoken hurdles to be overcome. These include the sense that we must be exceptional at what we do in order, to deserve a seat at the table.  Experiences of marginalisation also result in self-doubt, procrastination, and burnout amongst other challenges.

As an Executive Coach, I work with leaders, teams, and individuals to understand the impact of our many identities in the workplace.  I draw on my leadership experience, psychotherapeutic and coaching expertise to support individuals to harness their strengths and succeed in their life and career goals.

I support each person through this process by bringing a deep presence, warmth and respect that is vital for facilitating growth and change.
