By combining Process-Oriented Psychology (IPA Institute, Zurich) with her managerial expertise at Horwath HTL, she designs tailored coaching programs that enhance self-awareness, communication, and leadership effectiveness.
As a Well-being Officer at MSF Geneva (Doctors Without Borders) Operational Center, Katarzyna played a key role in designing and implementing a multi-level well-being program that promotes shared responsibility among individuals, organizations, and workplace culture.
