Mentor Coaching
Take your coaching practice to the next level
GCI offers group mentor coaching over three months enabling coaches to meet the mentor coaching requirements for credentialing via the Level 1 (ACSTH) pathway or to renew their ICF credential.
The classes are fun, interactive and informative comprising case study analysis and ‘live’ coaching sessions with direct feedback and discussion. All classes are facilitated by an ICF MCC or PCC accredited coach.
1:1 Mentor coaching enables coaching supervision and feedback, along with in depth support for your professional development as a coach.
Those applying for an ICF credential will need to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching over three months with a minimum of seven group and three individual mentor hours. This can be achieved by completing our mentor coaching package.

ICF Pathways
Level 1 Pathway
Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
On completion of Modules 101 & 102, you will have met the ICF requirement of 60 coach specific training hours required for the ACC credential. You can elect to undertake Mentor-Coaching and the ACC Coaching Performance Assessment, with our Level 1 package.
Level 2 Pathway
Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
Alternatively many students prefer to continue their coaching studies with Module 103: Coaching Untapped Potential. Along with advanced theory and supervised practice this all-inclusive package incorporates Mentor-Coaching and the option to be examined at ACC or the higher PCC level.
