Advanced Teach Coaching I: Harnessing Opportunity establishes the foundations of team coaching. This program introduces core strengths-based team development frameworks to support team formation and high performance.
Based in team development theory this program helps coaches recognise team maturity and tailor their interventions to address distinct team development stages, needs and goals.

- Apply the GCI Coaching & Transformation Roadmap® for shared vision, agreed processes, action and accountability plans, and to explore team derailers and growth edges.
- Apply powerful team formation and development frameworks
- Apply powerful role analysis and authorising environment tools for enabling team members to explore and fully take up their roles.
- Design team coaching interventions, reflecting specific team developmental needs and goals.
- Take up their team coaching role ethically, demonstrating ICF team coaching core competencies and ethics

ICF Pathways
Level 1 Pathway
Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
On completion of Modules 101 & 102, you will have met the ICF requirement of 60 coach specific training hours required for the ACC credential. You can elect to undertake Mentor-Coaching and the ACC Coaching Performance Assessment, with our Level 1 package.
Level 2 Pathway
Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
Alternatively many students prefer to continue their coaching studies with Module 103: Coaching Untapped Potential. Along with advanced theory and supervised practice this all-inclusive package incorporates Mentor-Coaching and the option to be examined at ACC or the higher PCC level.
