Back by popular demand our Advanced Coaching Retreat on the Nakasendo Trail Japan, returns for 2025.
This retreat workshop explores the impact of environment, body intelligence, mindfulness and cultural influences in a whole-person approach to coaching.
Walk pack-free on the The Nakasendō or ‘Road Through the Central Mountains’, an important part of the ancient Japan’s highway network. Enjoy exploring the cobblestone streets as you soak up the surrounding Japanese landscape of running streams and dense forest, and the picturesque Kiso Valley.
This memorable retreat program brings together executives and experienced coaches, to explore leadership and coaching at the deepest essence level.
Over the five days of the program:
Study with Rho Sandberg, a Master Certified coach and experienced leadership development practitioner and Zara Lawson a mindfulness practitioner, who shares the secrets of intuitive practice with her clients.
This retreat combines tuition, opportunities to coach and be coached, mindfulness practices, and nature-based learning in the majestic beauty of the Nakasendo trail, along with the profound and often unspoken learning that comes from this deep encounter with timeless Japanese culture.
Some pre-reading and reflection will be provided to prepare you for the immersive retreat experience.
