With all of the changes occurring in the world, we feel it’s important to bring our leadership and coaching community together to engage in deep dialogue about our role in holding and supporting organisations, communities and the society at this time.
It’s a chance for YOU to be supported, by our faculty, each other and nature herself. Join us in this superb and pristine environment as we vision the year to come and deepen our leadership and coaching capabilities.
Our mornings will be spent exploring principles of process oriented coaching including visioning, connecting with our deepest power, and working with disruption and disturbance. Afternoons will be spent in peer coaching and walking in the spectacular Cradle Mountain National Park and surrounds.
Our program will be co-facilitated by Zara Lawson, mindfulness practitioner, who will lead us in daily guided meditations, inner work practices and support us as we access our deepest knowings.
Our venue for this event is Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village. As you can imagine demand for accommodation is strong at this time. .
