Sarah Yanicki

Summary

As an Executive coach, Sarah is passionate about supporting leaders to navigate complex challenges and drive organizational success while enabling work environments where people can thrive, innovate, and grow.

Sarah’s collaborative approach sees the coach and client working alongside one another to explore opportunities and challenges as they arise, turning everyday experiences into powerful lessons in leadership development.  By leveraging these moments, leaders build resilience, adaptability, and further their skills necessary for navigating their roles with confidence and insight.

Sarah’s previous experience in disaster recovery and insurance dispute resolution saw her working with individuals and teams navigating complex and high-stakes, high stress environments.  These experiences deepened her understanding of resilience and problem-solving and saw her take up training in mediation and conflict management coaching.

Sarah utilises her conflict management coaching skills to help clients understand the root causes of conflict, improve communication, and develop effective strategies for addressing and resolving conflicts.  Not only does this equip leaders to resolve immediate issues, but it also builds lasting conflict management skills that enable individuals and organisations to harness the opportunities for growth, innovation, and team building that can lie at the core of conflict.

Sarah’s clients include individuals in the government and corporate sector and includes experienced leaders and those who are just embarking on leadership roles and are seeking to develop this career path and their leadership skills further.
