She is an experienced leader, consultant, and executive coach with expertise in strategy, leadership, change, culture, inclusion and diversity, and communication.

Throughout her 25-year corporate career, Kylie designed and led organisational development programs across teams, functions, and large organisations, shaping policy and practice, and coaching executives, leaders and employees to achieve successful, long-term change.

As a Human Resources practitioner and coach, she works to explore and challenge the status quo, partnering with others to co-design new organisational systems, structures, and processes, as well as the way people relate to them. With a background in communication and passion for fostering wellbeing, Kylie supports people to harness the power of authentic leadership, psychological safety and storytelling.

Balancing the commercial and the human, Kylie’s signature blend of curiosity, empathy and courage helps others broaden their thinking, identify and overcome limiting patterns, navigate complex environments, and understand and harness their authentic selves.

Kylie works with individuals and organizations across a range of industries including professional services, financial services, IT, property, healthcare, and small business to actively support the development, sustainability, and progression of diverse talent.
