Kerrie Clarke is a coach with more than 30 years’ experience working with organizations to develop skills, build capacity and strengthen communication. Her background in public relations, vocational education and organizational development has given her a keen appreciation for the connection between what goes on inside individuals, teams and organizations, the results they achieve, and the messages they send out to stakeholders.
Kerrie is passionate about improving communication skills to drive change and lift the quality of outcomes, relationships and personal authenticity.
She has developed and delivered training programs, worked directly with individuals and teams, and facilitated group sessions designed to deepen leadership skills, build teams and strengthen communication. Kerrie is a trainer and coach mentor with the Global Coaching Institute.
Kerrie has worked across industries including manufacturing, engineering, retail, agrifoods, finance and health, arts, education and social services, in the public, private and not for profit sectors. She has focused extensively in peak national manufacturing bodies where she supported the Australian industry to develop international competitiveness, targeting skill and capacity development and policy improvement. Her clients have included industry skills councils, the Australian Industry Group, commonwealth and state departments, a variety of stakeholders across vocational education and training networks, and companies ranging from large multinationals to small start ups.
Kerrie’s work, especially with manufacturing companies, has also given her an understanding about the need for lean and agile workforces, and leaders who are adept in navigating change and driving team engagement.
