GCI offers group mentor coaching classes over three months enabling coaches to meet the mentor coaching requirements for credentialing via the ACSTH pathway or to renew their ICF credential. The classes are fun, interactive and informative comprising case study analysis and ‘live’ coaching sessions with direct feedback and discussion. All classes are facilitated by an ICF MCC or PCC accredited coach. A recent participant commented that ‘These teleclasses are the best online training I have ever done.’
All participants will have completed Module 1 and Module 2 or at least 60 hours of coach specific training prior to attending the course. Those applying for an ICF credential will need to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching over three months with a maximum of seven group and three individual mentor hours.
