Vicki Henricks

Being a coach is the most satisfying career I could have imagined.

I love to help individuals and organisations find their vision, work on issues and conflicts, deepen their awareness and build new skills. I get to know people I would never have met before, at a very deep level.

More than 2,500 hours of coaching have given me wide experience across the private, public and community sectors, and seen me specialise in executive coaching. I have worked with a range of Australian organisations, as well as organisations operating in SE Asia, the Middle East and USA.

I really value the lifestyle flexibility coaching allows. I can choose when and where I work, which these days is virtually anywhere in the world, and am well appreciated and paid for my efforts. All this, and I am having a positive impact on people’s lives, and in the world.

What’s not to love?

Vicki Henricks has more than 25 years’ coaching experience and holds a Masters in Processwork (PWI, USA).

Rho Sandberg

Coaching is one of the most powerful tools available for developing insight, agility and courage.

After 25 years working with organisations, I am sold on the value of coaching, especially in navigating complex situations. Whether it’s cultivating authentic leadership, building cultural values, managing organisational change or understanding the role of power and diversity in organisations and communities, skilled coaching has a powerful impact.

I love sharing our frameworks and helping people to develop their micro-skills. Our programs are fun, deep and focused on student’s personal development. And it doesn’t stop there, we are building a community of GCI coaches who keep on supporting each other in our important work. I hope you can join us.

Rho Sandberg is an executive coach and trained more than 1600 individuals to become coaches. Rho has a background in neuroscience, holds a Masters in Organisational Change and Conflict Facilitation (PWI, USA) and a Masters of Cognitive Science (UNSW).
